Many of our team members continue to be engaged in other professions such as banking, retail, web designing, Non-Profits etc for their livelihoods and bring in expertise from these domains to help our business.

• Founder - Director – Aparna Bhatnagar
  Aparna is the Founder Director of Green and Good Store. An MBA from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, she has worked with Dun & Bradstreet, Citibank, ICICI and M2i Consulting and has vast experience in developing data backed analytical solutions for Marketing, Finance and Risk management. She has also helped develop and implement analytics driven solutions for some of the leading Banks and Credit Bureaus in Central Europe and Middle East. She holds a Masters Degree in Economics from Delhi School of Economics and a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College, New Delhi. At the store, she is responsible for its day to day management and operations
  

• Web Technology – Piyush Verma
  You have opened this site, seen the store and now you are reading this page because of him. While dreaming is one part of the idea, bringing it to life is a work of art. Piyush is the architect behind the web store and manages all our web design and internet technology requirements. He has extensive experience in the field of Web Designing and Internet based Customer Relationship Management. He has previously worked with some of the leading web-designing firms in India including SLR Infotech and Accentive. Piyush has graduated in Multimedia and also holds an Advance Diploma in designing. During his previous assignments he has developed web solutions and managed projects for Microsoft, FedEx, HP, Tommy Hilfiger, Nortel, AMD and WDD. Piyush is also the founder of Web Palletes (Web Designing and Internet based marketing company)

• Marketing – Krishna Soujanya
  Soujanya is our subject matter expert on marketing and retailing. She is an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Soujanya is passionate about retailing and has worked with retail pioneers like RPG retail and Future Group in India. During her previous assignments in Marketing and Lifestyle Operations, she was intrigued by the customer buying behavior in the retail sector. She also brings with her an extensive understanding of the development sector from her experience as an associate with research projects in the area of Development Economics at the Harvard Business School.

• Shushila krishnan – Advisor Business Development
  Mrs Sushila Krishnan is the person responsible for connecting us to many of our partners. With over 30 years of experience in administration, customer service, logistics and supply chain management with MNCs like Dow Chemical, Hewlett Packard and GE, she has contributed immensely to our business development - identifying our partners/suppliers and supplies. She is a powerhouse of energy and an inspiration to all of us at the Green and Good Store!

• Pallav S.Bhatnagar  - Communications Expert
  Pallav is responsible for most of our external communication. He loves to think out of the box and never fails to amaze us with how good he is at it! He holds a Post Graduate degree in Marketing and Advertising from YMCA, New Delhi and an M.Sc in Disaster Mitigation from Sikkim Manipal University. He has over 5 years of experience in advertising, primarily in the creative field as copywriter and visualizer in India and UAE. He is a constant source of fun and cheer at the Green and Good store

Our Advisory Committee serves as the springboard for all our new ideas. All members on the committee work with us entirely on a voluntary basis. We are extremely grateful to them for sparing time from their personal and professional commitments to guide us.

• Gp Capt (Retd) M S Bhatnagar
  Dr. Bhatnagar is also a director at Green and Good Store. He has served as a Doctor in the Indian Air Force for 25 years before joining the Green and Good Store. Dr. Bhatnagar has been helping us in many ways including Business development and instilling the “fauji” discipline in us.
  

• Vinay Choletti
  Vinay is a banker by profession, but an entrepreneur at heart. A treasure box of ideas, he has helped us develop many aspects of our business and is a constant source of motivation. He is an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and is currently employed with American Express, Bahrain. He has previously worked with Citibank and ITC in India and has vast experience in the fields of Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Business Planning and Portfolio Management.

• Jayati Chourey
  Jayati is our domain expert and brings in volumes of know how on sustainability issues. She is presently working with SaciWATERs under the Crossing Boundaries (CB) Project. She has pursued her Doctoral Research in Wetland Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM), Bhopal (Forest Research Institute, Deemed University, Dehradun). Prior to her Ph D, she completed her Masters in Limnology; Aquatic Environmental Sciences. She has been an Environment Equity & Justice Partnership (EEJP) Fellow for the year 2005-06 supported by Ford Foundation. She has been working in the field of Natural Resource Management for the past six years under various projects and capacities. She has worked with Dept of Environmental Sciences (Andhra University, Visakhapatnam); Ecological & Economics Social Network (EERN) coordinated by Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. She is associated with various environmental and social development forums.

  Jayati has presented her work across various national and international forums. Prominent being the Annual World Water Week (2006) organized by the Stockholm International Water Institute (SIWI), Sweden at Stockholm, Sweden and the recently concluded World Water Forum (2009) organized by the World Water Council at Istanbul, Turkey (a tri-yearly event).She is also the Director of Shubhada (founded in 2001), a not for profit which works on subjects of environment education, conservation and capacity building.

• Ashutosh Bhatnagar
  Ashutosh is one of our mentors and critic who has kept us from straying away from our mission. He is the founder CEO of Catalisys Pvt Ltd, a Singapore based company engaged in SAP implementation. Ashutosh is a budding restaurateur and a connoisseur of cuisines from across the world.
