Rewards Programme

What is the Green and Good Rewards Programme?

We value your association with our store and as part of our gratitude for promoting sustainable development through us we would like to reward every purchase that you make at the Green and Good Store.

For every 100 Rs that you spend on our store you are entitled to earning 1 reward point equalling Rs 0.50. You can begin redeeming your reward points once you have accumulated a minimum of 100 reward points. You may choose to redeem your points partially or completely, as you like. You can also buy gift vouchers with your reward points.

What are the advantages of becoming a member?

There are many benefits of becoming a Green and Good Store Rewards Programme member

  1. You will be invited to periodic exclusive discount sales on the store - open only to members
  2. You can get extra discounts over and above those running for non members
  3. Earn more points as you shop more with us.
  4. You can look forward to invites from our partners to their events and contribute you bit to their efforts
  5. We love surprises and you can look forward to receiving some from us!
How do I become a member?

That’s easy! All you have to do is signup and create a profile for yourself. You will receive a mail from us with your account details and membership number. That’s it; you can now start earning rewards!

How do I know how many points I have earned and redeemed?

Just log into “My Account” section from the top menu bar and go to reward programme. You will find all information about points earned, redeemed and available.

How do I redeem my points?

Once you have reached the check out page, you will have an option to redeem your points for your current order. You can choose the number of points you wish to redeem. When you click on “Update Order” they will be deducted from your available rewards points and consequently the total amount to be paid by you will also be adjusted for the value of points redeemed.
You can also choose to purchase a gift voucher with your reward points and gift them to your loved ones. To do so, please go to Gift Voucher section in the Store and purchase the gift voucher for the amount you like. On the check out page you will need to follow the same process to redeem reward points as above.

Return Policy

Can I return a product ordered from GreenAndGoodStore.com?

 Yes, you can return any product that you haven’t used within 7 days of receiving it. You need to call us and inform us about the product you wish to return and we will guide you on how to send it back to us. You will need to fill up a short form on our website giving us the details of the product you wish to return, the reason for return and your preferred mode of reimbursement.

Please note that uninformed returns will NOT be accepted by us. Therefore please return the product only after you have spoken to our customer service staff and received the guidelines from them.

We will reimburse you in any of the two ways mentioned below:

  1. Replace the piece with another piece – in case you have a complaint with the product
  2. Refund your money back to you in exchange for the product

We will inspect the product once it reaches us, and reserve the right to determine if the product qualifies for a refund or replacement.

We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less shipping costs and restocking fee of 25% of product value.

owever, in case an incorrect product was shipped from our end or the product had a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product at no additional cost to you. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our store. 

Within what time period do I have to return the product?

You need to return any product bought from our store within a period of 7 days from the receipt of the shipment. If we do not receive a call from you within 7 days (including day 7) from the date of receiving the shipment, we will not be able to accept the returned product.

What are the conditions under which I can return the product?

We have a No questions asked return policy and you may return the product for any reason what so ever provided that

  1. The product is unused and is in a saleable condition
  2. The product still has its tag and label attached and is in its original packaging
  3. The product is accompanied with its original invoice

Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. If you accept a package that is damaged or tampered with, our return policy and product insurance does not hold. We strongly recommend that you accept our courier only after you have checked the contents for any damage in transit in front of the courier person.

What do I do in case I receive a defective / wrong item from GreenAndGoodStore.com?

We take every care that the product is shipped to you only after it passes our rigorous quality checks. However in the rare case where you received a product that was different from what you ordered or had a manufacturing defect; we will replace or refund the damaged / wrong product at our cost. Please make sure that the product is unused and is covered under the list of defects accepted as “manufacturing defect”. Please return the product along with the original invoice; products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement. We will inspect the product once it reaches us, and reserve the right to determine if the product qualifies for a refund or replacement.

Please note that shipping charges will also be refunded in case a defective product was shipped and we are unable to replace the product. Please follow the process mentioned above for returning the product.

What does not qualify as a defect?
  • Slight variation in colour shade - It is normal to find slight variation in a products colour shade due to difference in viewing conditions, differences in lighting or due to your computer’s monitor. Hence this will not be accepted as a manufacturing defect.

  • In Hand woven cloth it is natural to find unevenness in the fabric’s weaving. It is not a defect but a unique characteristic of hand woven fabric itself. Please read the product description carefully.

  • Shrinkage - In case of cotton apparel please allow 5% for shrinkage.

  • Running colour - In case where natural colours or vegetable dyes are used it is normal for the colours such as reds and indigo to run in the first few washes. The clothes have been dyed keeping this in mind and the fabric is intended to lose some of its colouring thus attaining a lighter, cooler shade than original.

How and when will I get my refund?

Upon receipt of your package with the item in it, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order. Please note that in case you have used GreenAndGoodStore.com Reward Points / GreenAndGoodStore.com Gift Certificate, we can only refund your account against these specific options and we will not be able to return the same as a cheque. Please allow at least 20 days for the refund/return process to complete.

Gift Vouchers

How do I buy Green and Good Gift Vouchers?

 Looking for a perfect gift someone but don’t know what to buy? Why not send them Gift Vouchers and let them pick what they like!

Just click on the Gift Voucher section of the store and choose the amount for which you want to purchase the voucher. We have Gift vouchers in the denominations of Rs. 300, Rs. 500, Rs 750, Rs 1000, Rs 1500 and Rs 2000.

Add the gift vouchers of your choice to the cart and purchase them like any other product on the store. Once your gift voucher has been bought, it will automatically appear in your account.
To gift the voucher

  • log in to “My Account” section from the menu bar on top and click on “Gift Voucher”
  • A screen will appear asking you for the e-mail id of the person you wish to send the Gift Voucher. Fill in the recipient’s mail id and your message
  • When you click on “send” the voucher will be sent to the e-mail id mentioned by you , with a copy of the mail to you.
I have been gifted vouchers from the Green and Good Store. How do I make a purchase using the Gift Voucher I received?

 You will receive a mail intimating that you have been gifted vouchers from the Green and Good Store. Your mail will contain the details of the Gift Voucher and a message from the person who gifted them to you. Each voucher will also contain a redemption code which will need to enter on the site for redeeming the voucher. 

Visit the store section of our website and add to cart the item you intend to purchase. At the check out page we will ask you if you would like to pay for your purchase using a Gift voucher. Select the appropriate box and provide the redemption code mentioned in the Voucher.

In case the value of what you are buying exceeds the amount of your Voucher. We will ask you to pay the remaining amount.
Please note that the voucher CAN NOT be redeemed partially. There fore in case the value of what you are buying is less than the amount of your Voucher, the excess amount will lapse. Therefore we advise that you total order value (can include multiple products) exceed or equal the amount of the Gift Voucher.

What are the Shipping & Handling Charges at the Green And Good Store?
Our shipping & handling charges are a % of the product value, subject to a minimum charge.

Gift Vouchers Since we issue only electronic Gift vouchers you do not have to pay any shipping charges on purchase of gift vouchers However, when you redeem you voucher for a product, shipping charges will be applied on your order and be included in your total order value.

Please note that actual shipping charges for a product may differ from these due to product characteristics, special packaging requirements and product weight. Please check the product description while ordering for more information. Shipping charges will be displayed for each product once you add them to your shopping cart.

How soon can I expect the ordered product to reach me?

We do our best to process and deliver all orders within 10-12 working days after confirmation of payment. However, certain categories of products may take longer due to the nature of the product. We have made every effort to display delivery time information for products, where shipping is likely to take longer than 12 working days. Please check the product page for information about shipping times.
